What a year to be alive. If you had told me a few months ago that Denmark (and the rest of the world) would be in lockdown in 2020, I had never believed you.
But as we all have to live with this new reality, some tips for a better mood:

- Strengthen (virtual) friendships. Be grateful that we live in a country with great internet connection. The last weeks I've skyped, zoomed, jitsi'ed, and housepartied more than ever

- Go outside and enjoy the sunny weather. Sit in the garden (or in front of an open window) with a coffee and a good book

- Watch series simultaneously. Use an app or do it the old-fashioned way and click on play the exact same time. A great way to comment on things that happen and have the feeling that you watch it together

- Do some exercise. Say goodbye to a sweaty indoor gym and enjoy the sun while going for a run or following an online workout-video. Tip: do it together (at 1,5m-distance) and you'll definitely feel better afterwards

- Make a daily or weekly challenge with friends, for example on TikTok. I was somewhat hesitant towards this platform for people born after 2000. Turns out to be a lot of fun and you'll end up with hilarious recap-videos of everyone's efforts (see picture). For instructions, listen to our podcast here
